      Do they fit in all shoes?

      Almost all. HeightSole™ is designed to fit most sneakers, boots, casual and dress shoes. We recommend shoes with some heel depth (trainers work great). Ultra-tight loafers or low-profile slip-ons might be snug so we recommend using the lower height profile ones for those type of shoes.

      Do I need to trim them?

      Nope — they’re already size-specific and ready to use out of the box. Just drop them in and go. Zero DIY skills required.
